Article: If you find that some parts are missing from your Birlea Furniture Ltd product, don't worry – we've designed our furniture with your convenience in mind. Follow these steps to locate missing parts:
1. Check the Headboard Compartment:
• For certain bed models, missing parts may be located in the zipped compartment to the back of the headboard.
• Gently unzip the compartment and inspect its contents for any missing pieces.
2. Sofas and Chairs:
• For the majority of our sofas and chairs, missing parts can be found in zipped compartments.
• Locate these compartments, usually positioned on the underside or back of the furniture.
3. Unzip Carefully:
• When accessing zipped compartments, unzip carefully to avoid any damage to the furniture or its contents.
• Ensure that the zipper is fully open to provide clear access.
4. Verify Contents:
• Once the compartment is open, verify the contents against the assembly manual or parts list provided with your product.
• Cross-check to identify and retrieve any missing parts.
5. Reach Out for Further Assistance:
• If, after checking these compartments, you still cannot find the missing parts, or if you have any concerns, please contact our customer service team.
• Missing fittings, slat caps or slats – please email fittings@birlea.com stating the original order number, parts required and the delivery details.
